Description of Requirements for Purchase of a Single-Use Automated Bioreactor System ERDC Environmental Laboratory requires a single-use automated bioreactor system for cell culture and microbial fermentation. The EL requirement is to obtain a single-use automated bioreactor system for cell culture and microbial fermentation. The bioreactor system must be a single use multi-parallel bioreactor that is fully automated. This system must be able to utilize existing Sartorius Ambr 250 vessels and mini bioreactors. The system must include: Ambr 250 Modular 2 bioreactors, chiller Ambr 250 Modular exit gas analysis Ambr 250 Modular online biomass option 2-4 way Ambr 250 Modular microbial vessels, pack of 2 Delivery Location: USACE ERDC Attn: Edward Perkins 3909 Halls Ferry Road Vicksburg, MS 39180 BASIS FOR AWARD The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the solicitation and determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the Government.
