The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services to provide, place, empty, and clean refuse containers listed below at Pomona Lake, near Vassar, Kansas, as defined in this performance work statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, licenses or other authorizations as may be required.

This is a Notice for Sources Sought only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). There is no bid package, solicitation, specifications or drawings available with this announcement. It does not constitute a procurement commitment by USACE, implied or otherwise. The small business size standard for this requirement is $41,500,000.00. Project Description The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, fuel, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to provide, place, empty, and clean approximately thirty (30) contractor furnished metal dumpsters at the Pomona Lake Project, near Vassar, KS as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall deliver and place dumpsters in the park areas at locations designated by the PWS. Refuse collected from the dumpsters and roll-off container shall be transported and disposed of by the contractor off of Government property at a State approved sanitary landfill or disposal point. The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, licenses or other authorizations as may be required. Additional information may be requested after initial response, either from individual respondents or all respondents. This Sources Sought is the only document that will be published notifying potential offerors of the Government’s intent of establishing a competitive market base.
