Contracts for a new HTRW MATOC pool are anticipated to be awarded to a minimum of three small contracts and up to three unrestricted contracts, with a total value of up to $49,000,000.00. Performance will be primarily in the six New England states and may also include other states and districts within the North Atlantic Division mission area. Work may include site inspections, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, proposed plans, records of decision, engineering evaluation and cost analysis, remedial and removal designs/actions, and interim removal actions at HTRW sites. Covered programs include EPA Superfund, DoD BRAC, DERP FUDS, and other interagency support customers, with work generally required to comply with DERP, CERCLA, EOs 12580 and 13016, the NCP, and applicable DoD/Army policies.
