Woody stems less than one (1) inch in diameter do not require cutting but do require herbicide treatment. Evergreen vegetation shall be cut but do not require herbicide treatment. All vegetation debris greater than one (1) inch in diameter shall be disposed of by Contractor in accordance with local, state, and federal law. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
