Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Arborist and Invasive Insect Control services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut to include the following locations: Black Rock Lake, Northfield Brook Lake and Thomaston Dam in Thomaston, CT Colebrook River Lake in Colebrook, CT Goshen Radio Tower in Goshen, CT Hancock Brook Lake in Plymouth, CT Hop Brook Lake in Middlebury, CT Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. Interested vendors are notified that the Government’s intent is to award multiple (no more than three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
