The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Paving and Parking Lot Restriping, North Hartland Lake and Quechee Gorge Visitor Center, North Hartland and Quechee, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following work: Removal of existing asphalt walkway and preparation and installation of a new asphalt walkway at North Hartland Lake Recreation Area bathroom. Replacement of asphalt around seven (7) existing manhole covers at North Hartland Lake Ranger Station. Full depth patching of potholes at the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center (QGVC). Restriping of parking lines, crosswalk, directional arrows, and handicap parking spaces of the parking lot at the QGVC. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
