THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following reclamation and asphalt installation work on the approximately eleven hundred (1,100) feet long by twenty (20) feet wide Townshend Lake Access Road, Townshend, VT: Reclaim existing asphalt pavement along the specified section of the Townshend Lake Recreation Area Access Road. Provide and install hot mix bituminous concrete pavement along the specified section of the Townshend Lake Recreation Area Access Road, placing excess reclaimed material along the shoulders of the road to match the finish elevation of the new bituminous concrete pavement. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
