THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall replace an existing Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roof system on a pump station building located in Providence, RI. Work includes all labor, equipment, tools, services, and materials to install a fully adhered 90 mil nominal thickness EPDM roofing system. Work includes demolition and removal of the entire existing EPDM roof system down to the underlying 5” thick concrete roof slab. Work includes masonry demolition of at least 5 rows of brick in the wall adjacent to the roof to remove an existing through wall metal flashing and install a new through wall metal flashing 7 inches higher than the original. The new EPDM roof system shall be designed for high wind coastal conditions and be warrantied for 30 years. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
