There are boat launches located at North Hartland Lake Recreation Area and Stoughton Pond (see maps). No snorkeling or SCUBA diving will be permitted. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise options for additional hand-pulling. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
