The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Potable and Non-Potable Water Testing Services, Hopkinton-Everett Lakes, Hopkinton & Weare, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to execute both potable water and non-potable (public beach) collection and analyses at the Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake Project Offices and Elm Brook Park within the Merrimack River Basin that meet State and Federal regulations to protect public health as described below. Services include provision of appropriate sampling containers, sample collection, public water system assessments as required by New Hampshire, as well as analysis of water samples. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
