THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide and service dumpsters for both trash and single stream recycling at the Cape Cod Canal project. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following scope of work and schedule. All labor, equipment and transportation shall conform to Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
