THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide up to 2,300 gallons of Red-Dyed Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel Fuel Oil ASTM D-975 Spec to above ground tanks located at the Cape Cod Canal Field Office in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. All applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges shall be included in the price per gallon rate. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 Employees. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
