THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work at the North Hartland Lake Gatehouse: Replace expansion joint material on the three (3) air vents. Repair a weld break on air vent number one (1) at approximate elevation of four hundred ninety-one (491) feet. Remove and dispose of approximately seventy (70) linear feet of two (2) inch electrical conduit and junction boxes located on the outside platform and through the gatehouse tower. Repair the concrete platform, penetration into the gatehouse tower structure at elevation four hundred fifty (450) feet, and any associated areas relating to the removal of the electrical conduit and junction boxes. Work will only take place while the reservoir elevation is at or below its normal operating level of four hundred twenty-six (426) feet NGVD and shall be performed in accordance with the following Statement of Work.
