THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following repairs to two (2) sections of Cohen Road, an emergency access and heavy equipment route for the south side of Winhall Brook Camping Area (WBCA). a. Site #1 Repair a thirty foot (30’) long washout. b. Site #2 Reinstallation and cleaning of one (1) eighteen-inch (18”) culvert and ditch. c. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
