THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all transportation, equipment, labor, and job planning to perform video inspection and videotaping of approximately 3,400 LF of piping within the basement slab of the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) Main Lab, Hanover, NH, building and preparing an inspection report documenting the findings. Contractors shall provide pipe locating services and markings on floor indicating pipe location, size and type. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541350 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
