THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor will provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean one (1) project office building at West Hill Dam. Services will be performed on a biweekly basis (every other week). All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
