The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Operators Quarters Demolition,Littleville Lake, Huntington, MA THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to demolish and remove the materials left from one partially demolished building located at Littleville Lake. This includes the removal of asbestos containing material (ACM) floor tile. Reference analytical results performed on 14 SEP 2021 and MAR 2024 in the attachment labeled Test Results. The work also involves testing of an existing approximately 300 feet of Water Line for the presence of Lead and approximately 100 feet of Sewer Line for the presence of asbestos and or lead. Based on the testing requirement stated above, additional options to remove the 300 feet of Water Line and 100 feet of Sewer Line will be exercised depending if the tests show that no Asbestos or Lead are present in the Sewer Line, if no lead is present in the water line, Asbestos is present in the Sewer Line, Lead is present in the Sewer Line, and/or Lead is present in the Water Line. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standardof $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANYVENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
