The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Work to the following nine (9) locations in Connecticut: Black Rock Lake, Thomaston Dam, and Northfield Brook Lake in Thomaston, CT Colebrook River Lake in Colebrook, CT Goshen Radio Relay Station in Goshen, CT Hancock Brook Lake in Terryville, CT Hop Brook Lake in Middlebury, CT Naugatuck River Basin Office in Middlebury, CT Northfield Brook Lake in Thomaston, CT Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT Thomaston Dam in Thomaston, CT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to provide construction equipment work as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from date of the award. The BPA Master limit is $250,000; where no single BPA call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about July 10, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
