In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of electrical construction services to the US Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Naugatuck River Basin in Connecticut to include the following locations: Black Rock Lake, Northfield Brook Lake and Thomaston Dam in Thomaston, CT Colebrook River Lake in Colebrook, CT Goshen Radio Tower in Goshen, CT Hancock Brook Lake in Plymouth, CT Hop Brook Lake in Middlebury, CT Stamford Hurricane Barrier in Stamford, CT.
