Consistent with market research conducting in Feb 2023 and Oct 2023, New England District (NAE) is proposing to solicit an Architect - Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Task Order Award Contract (MATOC) for General Engineering and Design Services for Various Locations within the Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division Boundaries with a minimum of three (3) IDIQ contracts to be awarded. These IDIQ contracts will share a MATOC pool with contract value of $24 Million and have a five-year ordering period. Task orders awarded under the IDIQ MATOC will be firm-fixed-price and firms will be selected and awarded following the updated procedures for the selection of task orders on A-E Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs).The projected work under this MATOC includes, but is not limited to, various engineering, design and/or construction services for projects relating to: the design of new and renovated structures; military building and site design; sustainable design and commissioning; general site engineering; military master planning; planning and design for civil works infrastructure including projects related to the development of water resources; environmental engineering and compliance; value engineering; project scheduling; survey; and diagnostics, assessments, site investigation and other data collection tasks for general architectural or engineering use.
