THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and properly dispose of offsite all woody debris that is three (3) inches in diameter or greater on the upstream face of the Union Village Dam and upstream of the log boom in the field covering approximately two (2) acres. Other debris shall be separated and placed in an area designated by the Technical Point of Contact. Contractor may not drive equipment or vehicles on the face of the dam. Debris cannot be burned on the dam; woody debris can be burned in the field- see Technical Requirements section. All work shall be completed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement and must be completed by December 1, 2024. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562119 with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE
