The New England District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for a contractor to provide up to 3000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Franklin Falls Dam Project, Franklin, NH at three (3) separate project buildings and provide up to 2000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH at two (2) separate buildings. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1500 employees. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
