THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, permits, and equipment necessary to perform chemical vegetation control within the Franklin Falls Dam and Blackwater Dam, flood control project areas. The Base treatment areas require herbicide treatment to all vegetation, including but not limited to woody vegetation, invasive plant species, noxious weeds, and/or grasses totaling approximately 45.28 acres. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise Option treatment areas. Option treatment area No. 1 requires herbicide treatment to all woody vegetation less than 3-inch diameter at breast height within 10 feet of a snowmobile trail , totaling approximately 5.3 miles in length (12.85 acres). The remaining Option treatment areas will require herbicide treatment to specifically target only non-native invasive plant species (those species considered invasive to New Hampshire), totaling approximately 106 acres. The areas to be treated include but are not limited to rip-rap stone slope embankments, rock interfaces, roadway edges, concrete structures, inlets, dikes, and spillways around the Franklin Falls and Blackwater Dams as well as wooded areas. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
