The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Debris Removal, North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and properly dispose of offsite, approximately twelve hundred seventy (1270) cubic yards of river debris within the following areas at North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT: Western Log Boom Area: located within the water are approximately two hundred fifty (250) cubic yards of river debris. Field and Parking Lot: Approximately one thousand (1000) cubic yards of river debris separated into six (6) piles. Eastern Log Boom Area: Approximately twenty (20) cubic yards of river debris located on shore which is not piled. The Government may direct the contractor to execute up to two (2) option items of two hundred (200) cubic yards each for an additional four hundred (400) cubic yards of debris to be removed and disposed of offsite. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 29, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
