THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to complete restroom cleaning services at Elm Brook Park. Annual spring clean-up requirements shall also be required at Elm Brook Park. The services are to be provided in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
