The new utility building shall include (1) 24,000 BTU mini-split heat pump, 200-amp main distribution panel, 100-amp electrical service panel, interior finished walls, outlets, lights, and a copper grounding system. Contractor shall deliver building pre-assembled to be placed on contractor’s prepared spread footing foundation. Work includes demolition, removal, and proper disposal of the existing building, foundation, generator, equipment pads, underground conduits, security fencing, gates, posts, and concrete post footings. Work includes the proper handling and disposal of Lead-based paint hazardous materials. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
