THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake. Services to include: spring clean-up, mowing and trimming grass, picnic table placement/removal, cleaning grills, and fall clean up. The Otter Brook office and dam area includes approximately five (5) acres of weekly grounds maintenance and an additional two (2) acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance. The Otter Brook Lake Recreation Area includes approximately eight (8) acres of weekly grounds maintenance and an additional six (6) acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance. The Surry Mountain Lake office and dam area includes three (3) acres of weekly grounds maintenance and an additional two (2) acres (approximate) of bi-weekly grounds maintenance. The Surry Mountain Lake Recreation Area includes approximately eleven (11) acres of weekly grounds maintenance. Services are to be provided in accordance with performance work statement and schedule. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
