THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor to perform grounds maintenance services at both the Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam project areas. Grounds maintenance services include landscape mowing at differing intervals, spring clean-up, spring fertilizer application, and fall clean-up at each project. Additionally, Hodges Village Dam requires an annual planting maintenance to include mulch application and weed removal of landscaping beds. Services are to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
