Janitorial/cleaning services on a three (3) day per week schedule, 156 Service days at the following location(s): 19 STEPHEN KING DRIVE, SUITE 3, AUGUSTA, ME (3,274 SQ. FT.) This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
