THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to upgrade the fall protection system in the Surry Mountain Lake gatehouse, including demolition and installation of components of the fall protection system in the gatehouse gate access wells. Work is to include removal and replacement of grating over the access wells, demolition of existing ladder rungs and replacement with new aluminum ladders, demolition and replacement of railings at access platforms, and installation of new government furnished davit arm bases and anchors in accordance with the Statement of Work.
