THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to demolish and remove existing restroom facility and prepare site for new restroom in accordance with the Statement of Work. *Note: This work requires the following submittals prior to commencement of work (Refer to Section II. Technical Requirements): OSHA 10 Certification Minimum 24-hr Competent Person Fall Protection Training (In Classroom) Certificate Fall Protection and Prevention Plan Accident Prevention Plan Activity Hazard Analysis First Aid/CPR Certification Electrician license The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
