THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the cutting, removal and disposal of approximately 4.5 acres of brush, trees, shrubs, and stumps at North Springfield Lake and Stoughton Pond. The approximate 4.5 acres is distributed over 4 sites at Stoughton Pond and 2 sites at North Springfield Lake. All trees, woody vegetation and stumps shall be removed and disposed of offsite. Areas in which mechanical vegetation removal occurred shall be left with a clean and neat appearance at the completion of work activities. All disturbed areas including but not limited to, skid roads, landing areas and haul roads shall be restored to a pre-work condition. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
