The recreation area has a comfort station, 4 picnic shelters, park benches, several trash and recycling receptacles, a large visitor parking lot with over 200 spaces, landscaped areas, and access to the North Canal Service Road. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
