The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for concrete repairs, installation of drainage pipes and application of sealant coat on the Northeast Spillway, Barre Falls Dam, Barre, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary for concrete repairs, installation of drainage pipes and application of sealant coat in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about July 17, 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access www.SAM.gov. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
