THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary for the demolition and removal of a single story, three-hundred eighty-four square foot (384 ft2) bathroom building, a concrete picnic table pad and two asphalt walkways. After demolition is complete, contractor will construct the following features to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact: 1. Construct a twenty-six foot by sixteen-foot (26’x 16’) asphalt pad, which will accommodate a new restroom trailer. 2. Construct an asphalt walkway that is approximately four-foot wide by one-hundred seventy foot long (4’W x 170’L) from the existing road to the newly constructed paved trailer pad; the walkway shall comply with current Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for pitch and slope. 3. Construct a French drain with a six inch (6”) outside diameter pipe to drain groundwater and fill in and re-grade low-lying areas surrounding the walkway, ensuring proper drainage of water runoff with no depressions in the ground. 4. Contractor will hydroseed all disturbed areas from demolition and construction, which is approximately three quarters (3/4) of an acre in coverage. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
