The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for the Replacement of the Emergency Backup Generator at Colebrook River Lake Project Office, Colebrook, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all necessary labor, equipment and materials necessary to disconnect, remove and dispose of (1) Cummins/Onan 25kW diesel generator (model C25 D6, serial number 72019975, BT 3.3 / 4-cylinder engine, 120/240 volt, Single Phase, 3 wire, 60 hertz), with base tank containing approximately 150 gallons of diesel fuel remaining and to provide and install (1) 20kW, Single Phase, Liquid Propane Emergency Backup Generator with Self-Test capability and weather protective enclosure and (1) 250 gallon Liquid Propane fuel tank at the Colebrook River Lake Project Office. The government may choose to exercise the option to include (1) 200 amperage Service Rated Automatic Transfer Switch (if existing Automatic Transfer Switch can’t be used). All work will be in accordance with the following Statement of Work and schedule. Requests for information will be directed to the contract specialist within five (5) days from the solicitation issuance date. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
