Contractor will provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean two (2) waterborne restrooms, one (1) picnic shelter, thirteen (13) picnic sites, pick up litter, and clean grills at Tully Lake recreation area 3 times per week (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) over a period of 27 weeks, for a total of 81 cleanings at Tully Lake, Royalston, MA in accordance to the performance work statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $22 million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
