THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to conduct a rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) species survey (bat, bird, mussel, herptile, insects of the order Lepidoptera and Odonata, plant, and one small mammal species – water shrew) and provide a final report with management recommendations for approximately 2,070 acres at East Brimfield Lake, including state and federally listed species. All previous survey data will be provided to the contractor. Maps and reports shall be submitted for all inventory work and analysis. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
