THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to mow and trim fine lawn at the Union Village Dam Project (~9 acres). In addition, the projects include cleaning one (1) restroom and one (1) picnic shelter; spring cleanup services; mulching, trimming and weeding landscape plantings; picnic table relocation; rough lawn mowing; and aeration. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following requirements and schedules. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
