The asbestos-containing pipes are between 39-89 inches long, with a total length of 28.4 feet. They are approximately 8-inch diameter. The contractor shall dispose of all pipes with asbestos containing material (ACM) in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $25 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
