This includes fee collection at the entrance station, daily cash outs, checking the cleanliness of park restrooms and park facilities, and litter pick up in the park and boat ramp at Buffumville Lake. The services for each Park Attenand position require work to be completed by a party of two people. The Government intends to award three (3) separate Purchase Orders from this one solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16,500,000. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF QUOTE SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The scope of this contract for park attendant services includes the daily operation and maintenance of Buffumville Lake Park. This includes fee collection at the entrance station, daily cash outs, checking the cleanliness of park restrooms and park facilities and litter pick up in the park and boat ramp at Buffumville Lake. The services require work to be performed by a party of two. The government intends to award three separate contracts from this one solicitation. The vendor offering the lowest price per day as indicated in the bid schedule will be allowed to choose which park attendant contract (1, 2 or 3) they will be awarded. The second apparent low quoter will get the second choice, and the third apparent low quoter will be awarded the last contract. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 21, 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).
