Duties include the daily operation and maintenance of the West Thompson Lake Campground, which is comprised of 24 campsites, registration building, comfort station, playground, basketball court, horseshoe pits, dump station, amphitheater, and two visitor parking lots at West Thompson Lake Campground. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
