The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the repair of deteriorated areas of existing bituminous pavement on the service roads at the Cape Cod Canal, Bourne, MA THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services to replace deteriorated sections of existing bituminous pavement on a service road at the Cape Cod Canal Project. Work includes primarily milling pavement and installation of new hot mix asphalt pavement, minor areas requiring full depth excavation and replacement of existing deteriorated bituminous pavement layers, saw cutting, and providing associated new line striping. Work includes pavement replacement on the North and South Service Roads located in the Town of Bourne, Massachusetts. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about August 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.
