In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. Interested vendors are notified that the Government’s intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
