The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Standby Generator Services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Merrimack River Basin in New Hampshire to include the following locations: Hopkinton Lake Project in Hopkinton; Everett Dam Project in Weare; Edward MacDowell Lake Project in Peterborough; Franklin Falls Dam in Franklin; and Blackwater Dam in Webster, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide an indefinite quantity of standby generator inspection, maintenance, and repair services at locations in New Hampshire. The intent of this BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) facilities. Under this BPA, your organization shall provide Standby Generator Services, in accordance with the attached Price Schedule and Performance Work Statement, when called by the Contracting Officer or their designated representative(s). Services will be requested through Purchases made under this BPA, that shall be referred to as Calls. The duration of this BPA shall be one (1) year from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The Government intends to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
