The WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide occupational health examinations to meet the Customer identified medical survelliance program requirements composed of periodic examinations that are provided to Customer personnel exposed to physical and/or chemical health hazards in the work environment needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance will be 60 months from the date of award. The master BPA limit is $200,000; where no single BPA call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is only obligated to the extend of authorized purchases made under the BPA. Interested vendors are notified that the Government's intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation.
