The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of medical testing and evaluation services for the US Army Corps of Engineers, New England District. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide occupational health examinations to meet the Customer identified medical surveillance program requirements composed of periodic examinations that are provided to Customer personnel exposed to physical and/or chemical health hazards in the work environment.needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $200,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. Interested vendors are notified that the Government’s intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This is not a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about November 17, 2022. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is being advertised as Full and Open. The applicable NAICS code is 621340 with a Small Business Size Standard of $11 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
