The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Lab Services. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform physical and chemical analysis of soil, sediment, and water samples that will provided by the New England District (NAE) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) throughout the contract period of performance. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. Interested vendors are notified that the Government’s intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This procurement is advertised as Full and Open. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
