THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide up to 5,250 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Hopkinton Everett Lakes Project at four (4) separate project buildings and provide up to 1,300 gallons of Off Road Diesel that meet Ultra Low Sulfur Requirements to the Everett Dam Gatehouse. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 employees. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
