THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to perform boundary line inspection, boundary line clearing, boundary line paint marking, as well as documentation and reporting of conditions for sections of the administrative boundary lines at the Blackwater Dam. The portion of boundary line requiring service at the Blackwater Dam project is approximately 1.3 miles in length. In addition, the Government may exercise an optional task for Franklin Falls Dam boundary line inspection and maintenance. The portion of boundary line requiring service at the Franklin Falls Dam project is approximately 4.6 miles in length. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
