THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace load brake on a two (2) ton capacity Shepard Niles Hoist located in the Black Rock Dam tower. In addition, replace and install a new gear box gasket, gear box seal, gear box oil on above mentioned Shepard Niles Hoist. Location is Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
